The chairman of the judges said: “Cargill Turkey has achieved some remarkable results by introducing farmers to regenerative agricultural practices and digital technologies. Through its 1000 Farmers Endless Prosperity scheme, a social and digital transformation programme launched in 2019 across Turkey, farmers have increased yields year-on-year. Despite a drought in 2021, farmers in the scheme produced the highest uplift in yields of 23%! Around 1,000 farmers join the scheme a year, helping to expand the new efficiencies.
